About the Role
Experience: 6+ years in which minimum 2 years with Dialogflow CX
Shift time: 2PM-11PM or 3PM to 12AM
Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior or Lead Dialog Flow CX Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and manage complex conversational experiences using Dialog Flow CX
Work extensively with Dialogflow CX components including flows, pages, fulfillment, and event handlers
Develop integrations with telephony, chat platforms, CRM systems, and other third-party services
Utilize GCP services (e.g., Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, BigQuery) to enhance bot functionality
Implement and support CI/CD pipelines, version control, and follow Agile methodologies
Write and maintain clear technical documentation and conversation design guidelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust, scalable, and maintainable chatbot solutions
Requirements:
6+years of experience in which minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Dialogflow CX (not just Dialog Flow ES)
Strong understanding of flow-based design, fulfillment logic, and multi-channel deployment
Demonstrated experience with platform integration and deployment for chatbots
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services relevant to bot development
Comfortable with version control tools like Git, and understanding of CI/CD processes
Strong communication skills and ability to document processes and train stakeholders
Open to work in second shifts (2PM-11PM or 3PM to 12AM)
