Sr Software Engineer - Backend Development

Backend Developer – NodeJS
📍 Location: Hyderabad, India
📅 Experience: 4–6 years
💼 Work Mode: Onsite (Monday to Friday)
🚨 Immediate joiners/Locals to Hyderabad are preferred

What You'll Do:
Build scalable microservices and RESTful APIs using NodeJS (ExpressJS/NestJS/Fastify).
Design systems that handle high-volume, spiky traffic with precision.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver clean, secure, and maintainable code.
Own services end-to-end — from development and deployment to performance monitoring.
Must-Have Tech Skills:
We’re looking for someone strong in:
Backend: NodeJS with TypeScript (ExpressJS, NestJS, or Fastify)
Databases: DynamoDB, DocumentDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL
Messaging: SNS, SQS, Kinesis (or Kafka/RabbitMQ)
Cloud: AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.)
Caching: Redis or Memcached
CI/CD: GitHub preferred, Jenkins acceptable
Experience with JavaScript, MongoDB, Azure/GCP, or other alternatives is also welcome
Bonus Points for:
Experience with high-load, high-scale systems.
Familiarity with Terraform.
Strong grasp of design and security best practices.
Exposure to monitoring tools like New Relic, Kibana, or Grafana.
