We are looking for a MicrosoftDynamics 365 Sales CRM Developer/Specialist who is hands-on, technically adept, and passionate about building scalable CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales CRM entities, forms, views, workflows, and business rules.
Develop custom plug-insusing C# and .NET Framework, custom workflows, and Azure Functions to meet complex business requirements.
Integrate Dynamics 365 Sales CRM with existingin-house CRM/ERP systemsvia REST APIs and other Logic Apps.
Create and maintainPower Automate (Flow),Power Apps, and Power BI dashboards to support sales operations and KPIs.
Participate in solutionarchitecture design and provide strategicinputs for CRM roadmap and data model design.
Develop and maintainJavaScript client-side logic for enhancedform behavior and user interactivity.
Ensure data consistency, security roles, and compliance with business rules across the CRM system.
Create technical documentation, test plans, and deployment guides following Agile/Scrum methodology.
Provide training and support to internal users across Sales,Pre-Sales, and Customer Success teams.
Proactively analyze system performance, implementenhancements, and troubleshoot errors and integration issues.
Minimum 3-4 yearshands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 Sales CRM, including plugin development and configuration.
Proficiency in:
C# / .NET Core/ .NET Framework
JavaScript, Web Resources
Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Dataverse / Common Data Service (CDS)
FetchXML / LINQ
Dynamics 365 SDK
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics using Azure DevOps or other deployment tools.
Solid understanding of Sales businessprocesses including Lead > Opportunity > Quote > Order > Invoice lifecycle.
Exposure to AzureLogic Apps, ServiceBus, and AzureFunctions for CRM integrations.
Familiarity with CRM Security Model,including teams, roles,and access levels.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse API, OData,and Web API.
Working knowledgeof SQL Server and fetch-based reportwriting.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate or Power Platform Developer Associate.
Experience integrating CRM with externalsales portals, e-commerce platforms, or marketing automation tools.
Understanding of DevOps practices, versioncontrol (e.g., Git), and release management for CRM solutions.
Prior experience in ICT/ISP/System Integration domains is highlyadvantageous.
