We’re Hiring: GenAI Lead
📍 Remote
🕗 8+ Years Experience Plus 2+ Years in Generative AI
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of GenAI-powered solutions
Work hands-on with LLMs (GPT-3/4, LLaMA, Bard, Dolly) for real-world applications
Own the GenAI roadmap and collaborate cross-functionally on research-to-product initiatives
Drive prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and prototype design for Chat, Vision, and Multi-modal use-cases
Guide junior engineers and contribute to best practices in GenAI development
Requirement:
8+ years of total experience in AI/ML; 2+ years specifically in Generative AI
Proven track record in building LLM-based platforms (chatbots, vision, agent chains)
Strong exposure to fine-tuning LLMs, building pipelines, and deploying scalable models
A Master’s or PhD in AI, ML, or related fields is preferred
Published research or active contributions to open-source GenAI projects is a big plus
