Your responsibilities
You bring our tech vision to life: not only through meisterful coding skills, but through solid engineering thinking and argumentation. We want you to design solutions, not just implement someone else’s requirements.
Lead execution of major and complex features and initiatives
Architect and design scalable and efficient software solutions for medium to large business requirements
Drive customer satisfaction as measured by NPS and unsubscribe rate
Drive great developer experience
Drive operational excellence
Be a role model in terms of output and quality
Drive clean code and simplicity in the system
Perform advanced code and solution reviews and ensure adherence to standards and best practices
Mentor intermediate and junior engineers
Provide a deep understanding of the tech vision and contribute to its progress
Attain and maintain a solid overview of large parts of the Crewmeister code base, infrastructure and architecture
Your qualifications
Flutter and JavaScript expertise
Strong mentoring skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills, especially within the product team
Technical decision competency
High level of motivation and enthusiasm to actively and independently drive progress
Positive and constructive spirit in all situations
Strong knowledge in user experience and ability to apply it to ongoing initiatives
At least 5 years of experience with our tech stack
At least 6 years professional experience in software development
Experience building mobile apps is a plus
You are fluent in English
Have a good sense of humour and a collaborative mindset
Work Schedule & Location
Work from our modern office in Gurugram, five days a week.
Align with the German time zone (CET) for business operations.
