About the Role
Position: SDE-III – Java Backend Developer
Location: Bellandur, Bengaluru (Onsite Interview Drive – 10th May)
Experience: 4 to 8 years
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days/week)

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable, reliable, and maintainable backend systems.
Act as a hands-on developer and technical leader, driving core initiatives.
Own end-to-end delivery, performance, and uptime of critical features.
Collaborate with Product, QA, Program, and Release teams for smooth feature rollouts.
Manage timelines effectively with clear estimation, planning, and execution.
Continuously enhance architecture, code performance, and engineering practices.
Maintain and prioritize the technical backlog for non-functional requirements.
Must-Have Qualifications
Education:
BE/B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology
Preferred: BE/B.Tech from Tier-1 Institutes
Experience:
4+ years in backend development using Java and Spring Boot
Prior experience in consumer product companies (gaming, eCommerce, quick commerce preferred)
💻 Core Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
Proven experience building distributed, high-scale backend platforms
Hands-on with RESTful APIs (Spring Boot, Dropwizard) and gRPC
Experience in streaming data technologies like Apache Spark or Flink
Exposure to high-throughput systems (e.g., games, video streaming, eCommerce)
Good knowledge of cloud infrastructure – ideally Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
🌟 Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience building data platforms or machine learning pipelines
Proficiency in Python
Exposure to multiple database types – SQL, NoSQL, time-series, graph DBs
Solid understanding of distributed system design (CAP theorem, eventual consistency, etc.)
Familiarity with distributed system patterns (event sourcing, circuit breakers, backpressure)
Experience with caching strategies and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Istio)
Passion for clean code, peer reviews, and technical documentation
