We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead our IT department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of all systems, networks, and hardware, and leading a team of IT professionals. The IT Manager will also be tasked with implementing strategies to optimize technology usage and enhance the overall IT efficiency of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management:
Lead and manage the IT department, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of IT staff.
Develop and implement IT policies and best practices to ensure optimal performance, security, and compliance.
Collaborate with senior management to align IT strategies with the company’s overall business goals.
Infrastructure Management:
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of IT systems, hardware, and software.
Ensure that networks, servers, and systems are secure, reliable, and scalable.
Implement disaster recovery plans and ensure data backups are regularly maintained.
System & Network Security:
Develop and enforce security protocols, ensuring the protection of sensitive data and systems.
Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and proactively resolve any security risks.
Oversee the management of firewalls, antivirus programs, and security updates.
Troubleshooting & Support:
Oversee IT support, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and providing support for hardware/software problems.
Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues across the organization.
Project Management:
Lead IT projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Drive continuous improvements and introduce new technologies that can enhance productivity.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of IT systems, assets, and software licenses.
Generate regular reports for senior management on IT performance, issues, and upcoming needs.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
6+ years of experience in IT management, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and network management.
Experience with cybersecurity best practices and risk management.
Familiarity with cloud computing, virtualization, and enterprise-level software solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
