Job Description

We are looking for experienced professionals with a strong background in Finacle Core Banking to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Finacle 11, a solid grasp of product capabilities, and the ability to deliver high-quality customizations and integrations in a fast-paced environment.
Experience & Skills
Product Experience
Minimum of 5 years working with the Finacle Core Banking product
Experience with Finacle 11, including requirement gathering and product customization architecture
Exposure to Finacle interfacing using Custom/Product APIs, Connect24, and Finacle Integrator
Prior experience interacting directly with clients
Technical Skills
Deep understanding of Finacle product architecture and its customization layers
Experience in:
Creating custom menus, reports (MRT & Jasper)
Developing batch jobs and product menu customizations
Managing FI components, EOD/BOD processes, and debugging
Strong command over Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions) in relation to Finacle applications
Proficiency in Finacle scripting, Unix shell scripting, and report designing
Familiarity with Finacle Integrator and its enhancement capabilities
Functional Skills
In-depth knowledge of Finacle Core Banking functionalities
Understanding of general banking domain concepts and terminology
Familiarity with Finacle CRM and Admin modules (FINFADM/SSOADM)
Finacle certification (preferred but not mandatory)
Other Requirements
Adherence to best practices in coding, security, unit testing, and documentation
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Ability to ensure quality and consistency in technical and application architecture design
Competency in researching and benchmarking emerging technologies
