Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a LEAD MERN Stack Developer. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of developers, designing and implementing web applications using MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), ensuring code quality and scalability, troubleshooting and debugging applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated on emerging technologies. The role also involves conducting code reviews and improving software development processes.
Qualifications
Proficiency in MERN stack technologies: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js
Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development
Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Familiarity with version control systems like Git
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development best practices
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Experience in DevOps practices is a plus
