About the Role
We’re Hiring: Senior Full-Stack Developer (React.js & Node.js)
Location: Gurgaon, Bangalore, Pune
Work Model: Hybrid (Flexibility to work from home & office)
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in Full-Stack Development.
Expertise in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and Express.js/NestJS.
Solid understanding of microservices, serverless architectures, and API design.
Familiarity with modern authorization mechanisms like JWT.
Strong database management skills (preferably SAP HANA DB).
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
A commitment to writing clean, scalable, and efficient code.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead the development of scalable applications using React.js/Next.js and Node.js.
Architect and optimize microservices, APIs, and database structures.
Design user-friendly, responsive interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (Next.js, React.js) and front-end libraries (Tailwind, Bootstrap, MUI).
Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs to enable communication between backend and frontend.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to best practices.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers, helping them grow their skills.
Ensure high standards of security, performance, and scalability.
Conduct code reviews to maintain coding quality.
Stay ahead of the curve by continuously learning and implementing emerging technologies.
