Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Go and Java.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design efficient system architectures.
- Optimize and refactor codebase for improved performance and scalability.
- Implement API integrations and data storage solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring high coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues to ensure system reliability.
- Stay updated with new technologies to guide continual improvements.
- Assist in mentoring junior developers and onboarding new team members.
- Collaborate with DevOps to streamline deployment processes.
