About the Role
We are looking for a talented and reliable Full-Stack Developer to build and maintain web-based software tools and platforms for internal use. These systems include inventory and gate pass systems, testing and reporting dashboards, and future IoT integrations. You will work directly with the founder to translate business needs into functioning software.
Responsibilities
Build robust backend services using Node.js, Express.js
Develop responsive frontend interfaces using React.js
Design and manage PostgreSQL or MongoDB databases
Create secure user login and role-based access (JWT)
Integrate PDF/Excel report export features
Deploy and maintain applications on Render, Vercel, or AWS
Build REST APIs and connect them with front-end apps
Collaborate closely with founder/team to iterate on features
Maintain and document clean, scalable code
Required Skills
2 to 3 years of experience as a full-stack developer
Strong knowledge of:
Node.js, Express.js
React.js or Vue.js
PostgreSQL or MongoDB
Experience with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD workflows
Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and API security
Comfortable working independently on end-to-end features
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with IoT, microcontroller integration, or sensor-based systems
Familiarity with PDF/Excel libraries (e.g. jsPDF, ExcelJS)
Knowledge of barcode scanning, thermal printing APIs, etc.
Experience with building internal tools or dashboard apps
