Web Developer

Job Summary
As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our CRM system, developing new features, integrating third-party APIs, and building mobile apps with Flutter. You will also optimize performance, manage backend configurations, and ensure the integrity of the system through efficient code and database management.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and improve the functionality of our custom CRM system
Develop and implement new features aligned with business goals
Integrate APIs and third-party services
Manage and configure NGINX for optimized performance and security
Build and deploy cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter
Create and manage cron jobs to automate routine tasks
Troubleshoot bugs and performance issues quickly and effectively
Optimize MySQL databases and ensure data integrity
Enhance the frontend experience using AJAX and responsive design
Collaborate with internal teams to address evolving CRM requirements

Required Skills
Proficient in Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL, AJAX
Experience with API integrations, NGINX, and Flutter
Strong debugging and analytical skills
Hands-on experience in both web and mobile app development
Server-side performance optimization and database tuning

Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Git or any version control systems
Knowledge of server load balancing and scalability practices
Experience with integrating multiple third-party APIs
