About the Role
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Java Technical Lead with strong expertise in backend and frontend technologies to lead and guide a team in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and modern frontend frameworks like React and Redux.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance applications
Architect and implement microservices-based solutions using Spring Boot
Guide the frontend development using React.js and Redux
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution design and architecture
Perform code reviews and ensure best practices and coding standards
Mentor junior developers and support technical growth within the team
Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical leadership in resolutions.
Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
Deep understanding of Microservices architecture and REST APIs
Hands-on experience with React.js and Redux
Solid understanding of software development life cycle and Agile methodologies
Good communication and leadership skills
Nice to Have:
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Cloud platform exposure (AWS/Azure)
Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes
