About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Gameplay Programmer to contribute to the development of core gameplay mechanics, AI systems, and player interactions. You will work closely with designers, artists, and senior programmers to create engaging gameplay experiences while ensuring performance and stability.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and refine gameplay mechanics, player controls, AI behaviors, and physics interactions.
Work closely with designers and artists to ensure smooth integration of assets and mechanics.
Debug and optimize game systems to ensure performance across platforms.
Collaborate with senior programmers to develop scalable and maintainable code.
Assist in documentation of technical designs, workflows, and best practices.
Work within an agile development process, contributing to sprint goals and milestones
Role Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field.
2+ years of professional experience in gameplay programming.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in C++ in unreal engine.
Solid understanding of game loops, physics, AI, animation, and mechanics.
Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine.
Good knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and 3D mathematics.
Experience with version control systems (Git, Perforce, or equivalent).
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
A portfolio is required when submitting an application for the role.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Experience with action hack and slash mechanics development
Knowledge of console, and PC game development.
Experience with procedural generation, AI systems, or combat mechanics.
