Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Development Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development, leading teams, and implementing solutions in an agile environment. Candidates with expertise in the Financial Services domain, particularly Private Equity, and experience with the InvestorFlow AppExchange App will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor small to medium-sized Salesforce development teams.
Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions following Agile delivery methodologies and the Salesforce SDLC.
Architect and optimize data models, security structures, and business logic using Apex and Flows.
Develop and integrate both synchronous and asynchronous solutions, including inbound and outbound integrations, while adhering to Salesforce governor limits.
Create intuitive and high-performance UI components using Lightning Web Components (LWC), leveraging HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SLDS, LDS, and LMS.
Ensure best practices in deployment and DevOps, using Git, Salesforce CLI, VS Code, and Data Loader for version control and automation.
Apply Apex design patterns and object-oriented programming principles to build robust and maintainable codebases.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise on Sales Cloud solutions.
Ensure smooth deployment and continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
Proven track record of leading small to medium-sized teams.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security models, and governor limits.
Expertise in Apex, Flows, LWC, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SLDS, LDS, LMS.
Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud.
Strong understanding of Salesforce deployment & DevOps processes.
Experience with Apex design patterns and object-oriented programming concepts.
Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification is mandatory.
Preferred: Platform Developer II (PD2) and JavaScript Developer I certifications.
Preferred: Experience in the Financial Services domain, especially Private Equity.
Preferred: Experience working with the InvestorFlow AppExchange App.
