About the Role
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
7+ years working in a Windows Desktop Engineering environment
5+ years expertise in Microsoft Intune / Google Workspace / Omnissa Workspace One
Knowledge of SCCM OSD is preferred
Expertise in in-depth troubleshooting of Windows Platform and providing solutions for production environment.
Work with product vendors to understand their product roadmaps, raise necessary bugs and feature request for product enhancement
Good knowledge on end user hardware arena across software and hardware
Scripting (PowerShell) skills to develop automated processes
Ability to create and maintain quality documentation and have a structured, organized approach to work
Thin client experience preferred
Use of Agile project methodology
Knowledge of standard testing tools and methodologies is preferred
Take ownership and drive solution end to end
