Qualifications and Skills

Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of Appian applications in alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver customizable Appian solutions.
Develop high-quality Appian SAIL interfaces ensuring excellent user experience and performance.
Integrate external systems and web services using Appian Integrations to extend the functionality of applications.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Appian solutions and deployments.
Stay updated with the latest Appian features and leverage them to enhance application capabilities.
Ensure all Appian applications adhere to security guidelines and compliance requirements.
