🎯 What You’ll Do
As a React + Java Developer at SaralTech, you will:
🔹 Develop dynamic user interfaces using React.js
🔹 Write clean, maintainable code with strong unit testing practices
🔹 Work on Java-based backend services and API integrations
🔹 Collaborate with designers, QA, DevOps, and US-based stakeholders
🔹 Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle
🔹 Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and performance
🔹 Contribute to architectural discussions and suggest improvements
🧠 Required Skills & Experience
✔ 5+ years of experience in web application development
✔ Proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
✔ Solid experience in Java backend development
✔ Strong understanding of unit testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, JUnit, etc.)
✔ Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration practices
✔ Knowledge of state management tools (Redux, Context API)
✔ Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
✨ Bonus Points
• Experience with build tools like Webpack, Babel
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
