Job Title: Project Lead Developer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Project Lead who will be the front face to the client, ensuring seamless communication and handling client interactions effectively. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on coding experience, and expertise in Java, AWS, Spring Boot, Hibernate, SQL, NoSQL, Kafka, Jenkins, JUnit, Spring Data, JSON, Amazon Elasticsearch Service, Kibana, and production resolution & debugging.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary client-facing representative, ensuring smooth communication and project delivery.
Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and best practices.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, AWS, Hibernate, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Implement Kafka-based event-driven architecture for real-time data processing.
Manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for automated deployments.
Conduct unit testing using JUnit and ensure high-quality code.
Utilize Amazon Elasticsearch Service & Kibana for monitoring and analytics.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in software development and project leadership.
Strong expertise in Java, AWS, Spring Boot, Hibernate, SQL, NoSQL, Kafka, Jenkins, JUnit, Spring Data, JSON, Amazon Elasticsearch Service, Kibana.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Proven ability to debug, track, and resolve production issues efficiently.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud-native architectures and microservices.
Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker & Kubernetes.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation tools.
