Role Description
As a Senior Software Engineer - Integrations, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable data integration solutions for our customers. You will work closely with clients during onboarding, enabling seamless integrations with CRMs, marketing platforms, and other third-party tools. This is an opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and collaboration skills to deliver impactful solutions while contributing to the evolution of our data integration capabilities. As a senior member of the team, you will also take on a leadership role, mentoring junior engineers, setting technical direction, and spearheading efforts to build a world-class Data Integrations team. Your contributions will not only drive immediate customer success but also lay the foundation for scalable, reusable solutions that power future growth.
Qualifications
Have 4+ years of experience with developing scalable server side applications using Java for Data and API integrations and ETLs (extraction, transformation and loading)
Experience working in B2B SAAS domain - particularly with CRMs, Marketing and Advertising Platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, GoogleAds, LinkedIn etc.
Have experience working with Relational and No-SQL databases for a web-based analytical solution.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams
Experience with at least one cloud platform AWS / GCP / Azure
Knowledge and experience with Data Management and Data Storage best practices.
Good to have experience with Orchestration frameworks such as Airflow and data technologies like SQL, Spark etc.
Roles and Responsibilities
Design, develop and implement data integration solutions for customers during the onboarding phases.
Collaborate directly with customers to understand their systems, data sources, and integration requirements
Develop best practices, documentation, and reusable tools that help streamline future integrations
Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to enhance the integration capabilities and scope of the Application
Develop and lead the Data Integrations team
