About the Role
Job Title: Salesforce B2B Commerce Specialist
Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore
Job Type: Full-time
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Implementation:
Design, Develop, and implement Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud solutions tailored to business requirements.
Configure and customize Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud features such as Catalog management, pricing, promotions, order management, product hierarchy, storefront association, account groups, price lists, page labels, and indexing.
Integrate Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud with other systems such as ERP, CRM, and payment gateways.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
Proven experience in designing and implementing B2B e-commerce solutions.
Experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and data migration tools.
Experience with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
Development & Customization:
Develop custom features, components, and extensions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
Customize the user interface to enhance the user experience and align with client branding.
Implement and manage APIs, web services, and middleware for seamless data exchange between systems.
Client Collaboration:
Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
Provide expert guidance on best practices for B2B commerce on the Salesforce platform.
Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:
Create detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and process flows.
Share knowledge and best practices with team members to foster continuous improvement.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud features, updates, and industry trends.
Certifications (Preferred):
Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud Developer Certification (Mandatory)
Salesforce Platform Developer I and II Certifications.
Salesforce Certified Administrator.
