1. 5+ years of IT experience with strong hands-on Salesforce development expertise.
2. 3–5 years specifically with Salesforce Service Cloud.
3. Proficient in key Salesforce features: Account, Contact, Case Management, Work Order, Live Chat, CTI, Knowledge Management, and FSL.
4. Skilled in Flow Builder, LWC, Aura Components, Triggers, UI design, and LDS.
5. Strong knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, Validation Rules, and Process Automation tools.
6. Experience with Apex Data Loader and Salesforce APIs.
7. Familiar with source control, change sets, and CI/CD pipelines.
