About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong experience in building scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and Angular, with deployment and infrastructure management on AWS. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of enterprise-level applications
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end web applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and PostgreSQL.
Design, develop and maintain a rich and responsive, dynamic, user-friendly front-end applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Design and optimize complex PostgreSQL database schemas, queries, and stored procedures to support business logic and analytics needs.
Drive DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and alerting using tools like Jenkins, Git, Docker, and CloudWatch.
Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews, providing guidance on software architecture, best practices, and efficient coding patterns.
Troubleshoot and debug UI issues, resolving bugs and enhancing user interactions.
Participate in code reviews, contributing to UI standards and maintaining consistency across the application.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development, with strong expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Strong proficiency in Java (8) with hands-on experience in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA.
Deep understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
Solid experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases – including schema design, performance tuning, and writing complex queries.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and participation in full SDLC.
Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and debugging across the full stack.
Strong problem-solving skills,
Proficiency in building responsive, cross-browser, and mobile-friendly web applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
