About the Role
Salesforce Lead/Architect
Hybrid role- Gurugram/Noida/Pune/Bangalore
Permanent role with client
Max- 30 days' notice
Salesforce Architect JD:
• Minimum 10-15 years of total experience in IT.
• Minimum 8+ years of total Salesforce experience in Salesforce architecture and integration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience developing Salesforce customizations (Apex/Lightning), integrations, and executing data migrations.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience creating the technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations.
• Must have expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Einstein AI, Data Cloud & Experience Cloud.
• Mandatory to have at least one Developer Track Certification (Platform Developer I) along with at least one Cloud Consultant Certification from either Community, Field Service, Sales, Service, or CPQ.
• Mandatory to have either System Architect or Application Architect certification.
• Other relevant Salesforce certifications (Data cloud, Experience Cloud) are a plus.
Salesforce Lead JD:
Minimum 8 years of total experience in IT.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Lead in Salesforce projects.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Omnichannel.
Expertise in AI technologies such as Einstein Bots and Genesys AI.
Proven experience in developing Salesforce customizations (Apex/Lightning), integration, and executing data migrations.
Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, System Architect, Application Architect) are a plus.
Must have expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Einstein AI, and Data Cloud.
