Key Responsibilities:
Technical Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow CSM solutions
Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using ServiceNow platform
Configure and implement ServiceNow modules (CSM, ITSM, etc.)
Develop and maintain technical documentation
Leadership and Collaboration
Lead and mentor junior developers
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams
Quality and Testing
Ensure high-quality deliverables through rigorous testing and validation
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Best Practices and Innovation
Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices and latest features
Implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
Technical Skills
6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, CSM, and ITSM modules
Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, Angular, etc.)
Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices
