About the Role
We’re hiring an exceptional Technical Trainer with deep hands-on experience across the MERN stack, Data Analytics, and Distributed Data Systems (HDFS). This is a strategic, hybrid training role aimed at professionals working at the intersection of modern full-stack development and scalable data workflows.
The ideal candidate blends expertise in React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB with strong foundations in Python-based analytics and big data ecosystems. You’ll train experienced developers and analysts on building intelligent, data-driven applications that scale.
Key Responsibilities
1. Advanced Technical Instruction
Deliver training in:
MERN Stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js — with an emphasis on architecture, API design, component abstraction, secure coding, and deployment workflows.
Data Analytics: Python (Pandas, NumPy), SQL, BI tools, ML concepts, and analytics-driven backends.
HDFS: File system design, data partitioning, large-scale ingestion, and integration with analytics pipelines (e.g., Hive, Spark).
Lead immersive training experiences tailored for enterprise teams, advanced learners, and full-stack engineers.
2. Curriculum Development
Develop project-based curricula combining React frontends with Node.js/Express APIs and data-rich applications using analytics and HDFS backends.
Incorporate hands-on projects like building dashboards, visual analytics apps, and data ingestion workflows with MongoDB and HDFS.
Keep content updated with the latest in JavaScript frameworks, cloud-native tooling, and distributed data systems.
3. Mentorship & Technical Coaching
Guide learners through code reviews, solution architecture, debugging practices, and design patterns.
Help professionals think like full-stack engineers with a data mindset — enabling them to architect intelligent applications that consume and visualize large-scale data.
4. Strategy & Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with learning experience teams and enterprise clients to customize and optimize training.
Contribute to scalable learning products, internal upskilling roadmaps, and certification design.
Required Skills
8+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, data engineering, or analytics.
Expertise in:
MERN Stack: React (Hooks, Context, Redux), Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB.
Data Analytics: Python, SQL, ETL workflows, dashboards, and ML principles.
HDFS / Hadoop Ecosystem: Storage, ingestion, query engines (Hive, Pig), and integration points with analytics stacks.
Experience building or teaching production-ready applications.
Strong communicator with proven experience teaching, mentoring, or conducting technical sessions.
Nice to Have
Experience deploying MERN apps on cloud (AWS/GCP) with CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker), serverless APIs, or Kafka streaming.
Exposure to full-stack data apps (e.g., analytics dashboards, recommendation engines, data-driven SPAs).
Certifications in React, Node.js, or Hadoop-related technologies.
