🚀 We're Hiring: Technical Lead – Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)
📍 Location: Bangalore, India | 🕒 Full-Time | 💼 8+ Years Experience
Are you passionate about building world-class test automation frameworks and leading high-performing QA teams? We're looking for an experienced Technical Lead – SDET to join our growing engineering team and help us raise the bar on software quality and automation strategy.
👨💻 What You’ll Do:
Lead and drive the end-to-end test automation strategy across multiple applications.
Architect and maintain scalable, reusable, and robust automation frameworks in C#.
Mentor a team of talented SDETs and ensure technical excellence across all QA activities.
Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to integrate testing early in the development lifecycle.
Design and execute comprehensive API automation, unit/component testing, and database validation.
Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure high-quality releases.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to automation best practices.
Track test coverage, identify gaps, and continuously improve test efficiency and reporting.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
8+ years of experience in software test automation, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
Expertise in C#, OOP principles, and building automation frameworks from scratch.
Solid hands-on experience in API testing, unit/component testing, and database validation (SQL/NoSQL).
Proficient in tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps for CI/CD integration.
Strong understanding of TDD, BDD, and Agile methodologies.
Proven ability to lead teams, set automation strategies, and deliver high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication, mentorship, and problem-solving skills.
⭐ Bonus Points (Nice to Have):
Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
Experience with performance/load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
Knowledge of mobile automation tools (e.g., Appium, Selenium Grid).
Understanding of security testing principles and tools.
