Full Stack Developer – AI Agent Product

We're now expanding our capabilities to build a next-generation agent-based AI platform, and we’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to help bring it to life.

🔹 Job Description:
We're looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer who is excited to build from the ground up. You’ll work closely with the product lead and AI engineers to architect, build, and scale a real-time agent-based AI application. This role requires full ownership of the tech stack, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to move fast without compromising code quality.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
The list below is indicative, not exhaustive.
Build and maintain robust front-end interfaces and intuitive user experiences
Develop scalable, secure back-end services and APIs to support real-time agent operations
Integrate with AI models (Azure AI Foundry), vector databases, embeddings, and third-party APIs
Collaborate on architecture decisions and product strategy
Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and code maintainability
Implement authentication, user roles, and session management
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
Write clean, well-documented, and testable code
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance at every layer of the stack

🔹 Tech Stack We’re Using (and You Should Know Well):
Frontend: React (or Next.js), Tailwind CSS, TypeScript
Backend: Node.js or Python (FastAPI), REST/GraphQL APIs
Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis
AI Integration: LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Pinecone/Weaviate/Chroma
DevOps: Docker, GitHub Actions, GCP

🔹 What We're Looking For:
3–5 years of full stack development experience, ideally in product or startup environments
Strong command of modern JavaScript/TypeScript and front-end frameworks
Experience building and consuming APIs at scale
Exposure to AI/LLM tools, libraries, or agent-based workflows is a major plus
Familiarity with real-time systems and web sockets is advantageous
Ability to work autonomously and iterate quickly
Passion for building clean, user-friendly products
Clear communication skills and a proactive, builder mentality


🔹 Nice to Have:
Experience with authentication frameworks (OAuth, Firebase Auth, etc.)
Knowledge of vector search, embeddings, or LLM memory/context
Background in AI agents, prompt chaining, or serverless architectures
Contributions to open-source or personal projects you can showcase
