Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead with expertise in the Microsoft Tech Stack to join our dynamic product team. As a Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of our technical solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery, and mentoring the development team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and clean code principles.
Provide technical leadership in the design and architecture of complex web applications.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and provide guidance to developers and the broader technical community.
Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, to define technical requirements and ensure successful project execution.
Oversee the integration and delivery of solutions using the Microsoft Tech Stack (.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, SQL Server), and modern front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React/Vue.js).
Champion Agile methodologies and continuous improvement within the development process.
