About the Role

MTX APAC is seeking a motivated Salesforce Technical Lead, who will be a key member of our development team, responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining our Salesforce platform. You will work closely with the Technical Lead, the Architect, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring that best practices and code quality are followed. Your expertise in Salesforce development technologies and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment will be critical to your success.
With expertise in the government and public sector, MTX APAC provides proprietary designs and innovative concept accelerators around a multitude of programs, including strategic blueprinting, licensing and permitting, inspections, grants management, case management, and program management. We are a Salesforce Summit partner with specialist expertise in Sales, Service and Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, Public Sector Solutions (PSS), Tableau, Mulesoft, Marketing Cloud, etc.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, ensuring code quality, adherence to standards, and efficient development practices.
Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices, identify potential issues, and maintain code consistency.
Collaborate with Functional Consultants to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other internal or external systems using various integration patterns (REST, middleware).
Contribute to development tasks - Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other technologies.
Hands on with - Triggers, batch Apex, and scheduled jobs to support business processes.
Collaborate with the development team to understand and translate the business requirements.
Troubleshoot and debug technical issues, providing solutions and support for existing Salesforce applications.
Utilise DevOps practices, including Git for version control, managing pull requests (MergeCode), and resolving merge conflicts.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
(Nice to have) Develop and configure solutions using OmniStudio, including Business Rules Engine (BRE).
What you will bring:
Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) - Must have
Strong proficiency in Apex development, including triggers - Must have
In-depth knowledge of the overall Salesforce Platform, including administration, configuration, data security (permissions, sharing rules), and declarative automation tools - Must have
Demonstrated experience with DevOps practices, including Git (GitHub), branching strategies, pull requests (MergeCode), and conflict resolution - Must have
Proficiency with Visual Studio Code and Salesforce CLI for development and deployment - Must have
Solid understanding and experience with Batch Apex and Scheduled Jobs - Should have
Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles - Should have
Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
Experience with OmniStudio, including Business Rules Engine (BRE).
Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Admin, JavaScript).
Familiarity with front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
