About the Role
We are hiring a dedicated ReactJS Developer to lead the development of the Flypside Web Admin Portal—a powerful interface for managing users, content, and analytics of our mobile-first social media app.
While your core focus will be building the web application using ReactJS, you’ll also collaborate closely with our Flutter and FastAPI developers to ensure the entire application ecosystem functions cohesively. This is a high-visibility role requiring someone who can take full ownership of the web experience while contributing to a strong cross-functional development culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of the Flypside Admin Portal using ReactJS
Translate Figma designs and admin use cases into high-quality, responsive web components
Integrate with FastAPI (Python) backend services and ensure proper API consumption
Work alongside the Flutter developer (mobile app) to ensure data consistency and coordination across mobile and web views
Set up and manage the GitHub repository for the web app, including version control and CI/CD workflows
Participate in architecture discussions, suggest improvements, and contribute to technical decisions
Assist in deployment of the web portal on platforms such as Vercel, Netlify, or Azure
Ensure performance, security, and usability standards are met across all browsers
Required Skills
3+ years of hands-on experience in ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
Experience with REST API integration and handling authenticated workflows (JWT/OAuth)
Strong understanding of component design, state management, and routing
Familiarity with FastAPI, or other Python-based backends for integration
Experience using GitHub for version control and collaboration
Working knowledge of cloud hosting and deployment (e.g., Vercel, Supabase, Firebase, Azure)
Nice to Have
UI/UX sensibility and ability to work with design tools like Figma
Familiarity with Supabase, Firebase, or CMS integrations
Exposure to mobile app development processes (Flutter)
Experience in working in fast-paced startup teams or product MVP environments
