Mandatory Skills
Strong programming expertise in:
Node.js (Express.js, NestJS) – Backend development
Angular (React experience is a plus) – Frontend development
Python - For scripting, automation, or data processing tasks
Microservices & API Development: Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and modular services.
Database & Performance Optimization: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
Application Security: Understanding of authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, SSO) and secure coding practices.
Preferred Skills
Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, or event-driven architectures.
Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) for handling distributed systems.
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
Ability to mentor developers and drive technical discussions.
A passion for learning and keeping up with emerging technologies.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
4–10 years of experience in software development, architecture, and leadership roles.
