What You’ll Do
Analyze user needs and develop software solutions for the middle-tier and information integration layers of the platform.
Own end-to-end solution delivery: requirements gathering, design, modeling, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, testers, and support teams to deliver robust releases.
Evaluate feasibility and deliver solutions aligned with business needs and technical excellence.
Gain deep knowledge of business modules and demonstrate complex end-to-end use cases.
Innovate on technology architecture, feature development, and platform extensibility.
Research and recommend forward-thinking AI/Gen AI technologies to drive product differentiation.
Help define development standards and mentor team members through knowledge sharing.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
7+ years of software development experience with a strong foundation in:
Python (OOP, Design Patterns, Data Structures, Algorithms)
Microservices architecture and event-driven systems
RESTful API design and development
3–5 years of experience designing and building scalable platform components
Experience with AWS cloud services
Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
Experience using Gen AI tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor
Strong ability to research, experiment, and adapt to new technologies quickly
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Good-to-Have
Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, Tokens, and Vector Embeddings
Understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models)
Experience with ML Libraries like PyTorch, HuggingFace Transformers
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Strong grasp of enterprise software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Self-driven, collaborative, and quick to pick up new technologies
