🚀 Job Title: Full-Stack App Developer (Equity-Only)
Location: Remote | Commitment: Part-time (25–30 hrs/week)
Compensation: Equity-only (till funding is secured)

🔧 Role Overview
As a Full-Stack App Developer, you’ll take ownership of designing, building, testing, and scaling MVPs and web/mobile platforms across our product lines. You’ll collaborate directly with the founder, product officers, and domain experts.
✅ Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable full-stack applications (web and/or mobile)
Build and deploy MVPs with a lean and modular architecture
Set up frontend UI/UX using frameworks like React/Next.js/Vue
Build backend APIs, handle databases, and ensure data security
Integrate third-party APIs and automation tools
Deploy apps on cloud (AWS, Vercel, Heroku, Firebase, etc.)
Participate in tech roadmap discussions and rapid iterations
🛠️ Tech Stack (Preferred)
Frontend: React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS
Backend: Node.js, Express.js, Django (or any similar)
Mobile: React Native or Flutter (optional)
Database: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Firebase
Others: Git, Docker, REST APIs, basic DevOps, CI/CD
🎯 Who You Are
2–5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development
Strong understanding of both frontend and backend technologies
Capable of building products independently from idea to deployment
Comfortable working in early-stage chaos and ambiguity
Passionate about solving real-world problems through tech
Prior startup experience or side-projects is a strong plus
