About Role:
Experience working with industry leading HL7 interface engines such as Mirth, QVera, Rhapsody or equivalent
Experience with configuring and troubleshooting high volume HL7 v2 data interfaces including converting ADT, medical records to FHIR HL7 Standards
Must possess strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex HL7 interface issues as they arise
Responsibilities
:Develop software solutions and deliver product enhancement
sTroubleshoot software applications, provide technical support to achieve development objectives
.Oversee day to day activities of a sprinting team, sprint planning and release milestone planning and performance managemen
tActively contribute to the technical delivery alongside leading the development tea
mWorks alongside other peers (PO, Scrum Master, IT, QA) to deliver high-quality bi-weekly sprint as well as scheduled releases on tim
eDevelop a high bar for software quality by establishing and ensuring implementation of best practice
sWork with Engineering leaders and actively drive the development life cycle from requirements analysis, feasibility estimates, design, code, pipeline promotion, documentation, testing, implementation, and suppor
tEnsure that team members embrace Qualifacts’ core values and culture and can quickly contribute to corporate goal
sEnsure clear and objective communication of sprint goals, responsibilities, and timelines between all stakeholder
sWork with Engineering leaders and ensure timely resolution of troubleshooting, debugging, and issue isolation to provide the best possible end user experienc

sCoach and mentor team members throughout the sprint and release cycle

s:Bachelor's degree required (computer science, information systems, business administration or other industry-related curriculu
m)3+ years’ experience leading a software development team (10+ members) in an Agile environme
nt10+ or more years as full stack developer along with experience in web applications, end-user applications and back-end servic
es3+ years experience designing and supporting interoperability and integration between providers, public health agencies, payers, or patients using international information exchange standards (e.g. HL7, IHE), specifications and integration broker platform
