About the Role
Brief Description of Company: Niyo was founded in 2015 with the vision of changing the way Indians approach their finances - no matter where they work, what they earn, or how tech-savvy they are. We currently have around 500 employees spread across offices in Bangalore. To date, we’ve raised $179.3 Million in funding, and have maintained a sharp focus on identifying customers’ banking pain points and crafting solutions that improve their experience. We currently operate in 4 major business lines:
● Niyo Bharat - a prepaid salary card and digital banking product for blue collar workers
● Niyo Global - a zero forex markup travel card that works anywhere in the world
● NiyoX - a co-branded savings account with industry-best interest rates, 0 maintenance charges, and a host of exciting features
● Niyo Money - a wealth management platform with 0 commission mutual funds, domestic stocks, and more.
Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru (Working from office 5 days a week)
Overview:

We are looking for outstanding NodeJS Mobile app developers to work with our team to design our application and systems from the ground up. Your primary responsibility will be to create restful APIs, implement business requirements, processes & workflows, integrate with external systems and create web interfaces for operations, customer support and other internal departments. The systems that you create should be extensible, scalable and cloud-ready.

Required Skills and Expertise:
● Min 3 year of experience in Web Technologies
● In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
● Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
● Experience with user interface design
● Knowledge of other web application technologies such as Angular, Veu and NextJs.
● Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
● Experience building applications capable of serving high volume with low latency in production.
● Experience following practices of agile development with continuous integration.
● Experience in deploying applications in AWS cloud
● Minimum Bachelors degree in CS or equivalent from a reputed engineering college.
● Self-starter, hustler and a desire to achieve greatness is a MUST.
Role and Responsibilities:
● Write reusable, testable, and efficient code
● Build libraries for future use
● Develop unit test application programs as specified in Technical design.
● Designing, Maintaining and Developing web applications.
● Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
● Ensuring quality and performance of applications.
