Full Stack Developer (Node.js)
Role & Responsibilities
Design, code and deploy end-to-end web applications using Node.js, React/Vue, and RESTful services.
Develop robust back-end APIs, integrating relational and NoSQL data stores for low-latency access.
Implement microservice architecture, containerising services with Docker and orchestrating CI/CD pipelines.
Optimise application performance, conduct code reviews, and enforce engineering-excellence standards.
Collaborate with UX, QA and DevOps teams to turn product requirements into production features.
Troubleshoot production issues, monitor logs, and deliver hot-fixes within tight SLAs.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
4-11 years professional JavaScript/TypeScript development focusing on Node.js back-end.
Hands-on building REST/GraphQL APIs with Express.js or Fastify.
Proficiency in relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
Experience with Docker, Git, and automated testing frameworks (Jest/Mocha).
Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented principles.
Ability to work full-time on-site in India and collaborate in Agile ceremonies.
Preferred
Exposure to React, Vue, or Angular front-end frameworks.
Knowledge of AWS/GCP deployment and serverless functions.
Familiarity with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and event-driven design.
Understanding of micro-frontend patterns and WebSockets for real-time apps.
Experience setting up observability stacks—Prometheus, Grafana or ELK.
Contributions to open-source or tech community engagements.
