About the Role
Role:
Integration Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining seamless integrations between internal systems, third- party platforms, and cloud services. Play a key role in ensuring data consistency, system interoperability, and scalable integration architectures. This role demands strong technical acumen in APIs, messaging systems, and cloud-native integration tools, along with a collaborative mindset and a passion for solving complex system challenges.
Responsibilities:
1. Integration Architecture & Design
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable integration solutions across diverse platforms.
• Translate business and technical requirements into integration workflows and data pipelines.
• Develop and maintain integration of blueprints, documentation, and best practices.
• Evaluate and select integration tools, middleware, and APIs to support enterprise needs.
• Ensure modular, loosely coupled integration patterns using REST, SOAP, GraphQL, and event-driven architectures.
2. API & Middleware Development
• Build and manage APIs, webhooks, and data connectors using tools like Azure API Management, MuleSoft, or Apache Camel.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for real-time and batch data processing.
• Ensure robust error handling, logging, and retry mechanisms in integration flows
3. Collaboration & Support
• Work closely with software engineers, architects, and business analysts to align integration strategies.
• Provide technical support for integration issues and troubleshoot system interoperability challenges.
• Document integration processes and train internal teams on usage and maintenance.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
Skills & Techniologies:
• Proficient in integration platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Logic Apps, Apache Camel).
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs, JSON and XML
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and data transformation tools.
• Expert in Microsoft stack & services
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash) and version control (Git).
Experience:
• 5+ years in software or systems integration roles
• 2+ years working with cloud-native integration tools and microservices.
• Experience with enterprise-scale data flows and system interoperability.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
• M.Tech, B.Tech, MCA, BE, BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
Certifications (Preferred):
• Integration platform certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer).
Location: Hyderabad, India
Work Week: Sunday to Thursday.
