We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce CPQ Developer to lead the design and implementation of scalable CPQ solutions across our Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires deep functional and technical expertise in Salesforce CPQ, along with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to enhance our quote-to-cash processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect, design, and implement end-to-end Salesforce CPQ solutions, including product configuration, pricing, discounting, and approval workflows.
Lead the technical development of CPQ features and mentor junior developers on best practices and standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flow.
Optimize and maintain existing CPQ implementations, ensuring performance, data integrity, and user satisfaction.
Integrate Salesforce CPQ with external systems such as ERP, billing, and e-signature tools (DocuSign, Conga).
Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend relevant features for business enhancement.
Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and best coding practices.
Experience:
Minimum 7 years of Salesforce development experience, including 4+ years in Salesforce CPQ.
In-depth knowledge of CPQ configuration elements: product bundling, price rules, product rules, guided selling, discount schedules, quote templates, approvals, etc.
Strong development experience with Apex, LWC, Triggers, Flows, and Process Builders.
Proven experience in CPQ data modeling, complex pricing logic, and integrations.
Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar.
Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, data model, and security architecture.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile environments and leading sprint deliverables.
