Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with 5 years of hands-on experience in Spring Boot and Node.js to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable backend systems, RESTful APIs, and integrating services while ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Spring Boot and Node.js.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements.
Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and agile ceremonies.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
Maintain clear documentation and write clean, testable, and efficient code.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5 years of hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot and Node.js.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservice architecture, and backend systems.
Experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Proficiency in using tools like Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of authentication and security best practices (JWT, OAuth2, etc.).
Good understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
Experience with message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ) is a plus.
Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React/Angular) is a bonus.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Preferred Attributes:
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
