About the Role
We are looking for a talented DevOps Developer to join our team and drive the implementation of scalable, automated, and secure infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and automation tools, working closely with development and operations teams to streamline software delivery and enhance system reliability. You will play a key role in building and maintaining robust infrastructure to support our applications and services.
Key Responsibilities :
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and reliable software deployment.
Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
Manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and scalability.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the software development lifecycle.
Implement security best practices to protect infrastructure and applications from vulnerabilities.
Maintain version control systems (e.g., Git) and ensure proper branching and release strategies.
Develop scripts and tools to automate repetitive tasks (e.g., using Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
Ensure proper documentation of infrastructure, processes, and configurations.
Participate in on-call rotations to support production systems when needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or similar role.
Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI).
Strong experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their core services.
Expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or CloudWatch).
Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Knowledge of networking concepts, security protocols, and system administration (Linux/Windows).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications :
Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert).
Experience with serverless architectures or microservices.
Familiarity with database administration (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
Experience with security compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001).
Contributions to open-source projects or a portfolio showcasing DevOps-related work.
