While the preference is to look for guys with hands on SailPoint- ServiceNow integration experience, if we do not get that tool expertise exactly, we can try for other similar IAM tools like Microsoft Azure AD, Ping Identity, Okta, AccessFlow, One Identity manager integration experience can also be considered as the use cases will be similar
