About the Role
1. Role – Lead DevOps Engineer
2. Shift Timings - 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST
3. Office Location - 91 Springboard, Hyderabad
4. Work Mode – Hybrid
5. Working Days: Monday - Friday (Sat & Sun Week Off)
6. Availability: Immediate Joiners Only
7. Experience: 7 + Years (At least 3 years in a leadership role)

Key Responsibilities:
· Architectural Ownership: Lead the design and evolution of NexQloud’s decentralized compute platform, including our Distributed Kubernetes Service (DKS), VM/container orchestration, AI/ML infrastructure, hybrid cloud integrations, and blockchain components.
· Infrastructure Ownership: Own AWS platform reliability and 1,850+ globally distributed NanoServers edge nodes. Ensure enterprise-grade uptime (99.9%+) through robust monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems.
· Infrastructure Scaling: Oversee capacity planning, performance tuning, and infrastructure optimization to support growing workloads with Kubernetes.
· Security & Compliance: Design and enforce security best practices across Kubernetes clusters, decentralized nodes, and blockchain transactions, with an eye on enterprise compliance.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and executive leadership to ensure infrastructure aligns with our long-term business.
Infrastructure Details:
· Current Setup: Hybrid – migrating from AWS EKS to our in-house DKS platform, with 1,850+ NanoServers live across 5 countries
· Tech Stack Includes:
o Kubernetes (Rancher-based), KubeVirt, GoLang, Node.js
o NexQloud Layer 1 blockchain, Smart Contracts (DPoS)
o Infrastructure-as-Code, GitLab CI/CD, Grafana, Prometheus
o Custom monitoring tools, distributed storage & AI inference engines
· Application Types: Containerized microservices, REST APIs, distributed data pipelines, and enterprise edge workloads (AI/ML, VMs, etc.)
Ideal Profile:
· 7+ years in DevOps/SRE roles with at least 3 years in a lead capacity.
· Hands-on with distributed Kubernetes environments and large-scale ops.
· Blockchain, tokenomics, or DePIN infrastructure experience is a plus.
· Experience with GoLang or KubeVirt is a strong advantage.
· Familiar with migrating off AWS or Azure into custom platforms.
