About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Mandatory:
5+ years of hands-on experience in blockchain development.
Location: Ahmedabad
Notice: 30 Days
Design and develop smart contracts using Solidity, Rust, or other blockchain languages.
Architect and implement decentralized applications (DApps) on Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Solana, or other blockchain platforms.
Work on layer-1 and layer-2 scaling solutions, including rollups, state channels, and sidechains.
Develop secure and gas-optimized smart contracts, ensuring resistance to common vulnerabilities (reentrancy, overflow, front-running, etc.).
Integrate blockchain services with Web2 applications using APIs, SDKs, and Oracles.
Design and implement tokenization solutions (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, and custom token standards).
Contribute to the development of cross-chain interoperability solutions using bridges and relay protocols.
Implement zero-knowledge proofs (ZKPs) and privacy-preserving technologies where necessary.
Optimize blockchain protocols and consensus mechanisms for efficiency and security.
Collaborate with DevOps to automate and maintain CI/CD pipelines for blockchain deployments.
Stay up-to-date with blockchain trends and evaluate new frameworks, tools, and best practices.
Lead technical discussions, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience in blockchain development.
Expertise in Solidity, Rust, Golang, or C++ for smart contract development.
Strong understanding of Ethereum, EVM-based chains, or alternative blockchains like Solana, Polkadot, Cosmos, and Avalanche.
Experience in building DeFi, NFT, or DAO applications.
Proficiency in cryptographic principles, hashing algorithms, and key management techniques.
Familiarity with Web3.js, Ethers.js, and blockchain indexing tools.
Experience with Hyperledger, Tendermint, or Substrate is a plus.
Knowledge of distributed computing, consensus mechanisms (PoS, PoW, DAG, etc.), and their trade-offs.
Strong expertise in API integrations, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Experience in database design, including both SQL and NoSQL databases.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in zero-knowledge proofs (ZK-SNARKs, ZK-STARKs).
Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
Understanding of tokenomics and governance models.
Knowledge of secure multi-party computation (MPC).
