About the Role
1. Full stack development experience : 5+ years
2. Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js) 5+ years
3. Strong backend experience with Node.js, Python, or Java (Spring Boot) 5+ years
4. Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS) and deploying containerized apps (Docker, Kubernetes) 3+ years
5. Hands-on experience integrating APIs, especially AI/ML services (Google Dialogflow CX/ES, Agent Assist, LLM APIs, etc.) 3+ years.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience with accessibility best practices and WCAG guidelines. You should have a strong understanding of accessibility best practices and WCAG guidelines, and be able to develop web applications that are accessible to all users.
Experience with performance optimization techniques for web applications. You should have experience with performance optimization techniques for web applications, and be able to identify and address performance bottlenecks.
Experience with front-end build tools such as Webpack or Parcel. You should have experience with front-end build tools such as Webpack or Parcel, and be able to configure and maintain build processes for front-end applications.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. You should have experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, and be able to deploy and manage web applications in the cloud. Experience with design systems and component libraries. You should have experience with design systems and component libraries, and be able to contribute to the development and maintenance of these systems.
Experience with user research and usability testing. You should have experience with user research and usability testing, and be able to gather user feedback and iterate on designs based on that feedback.
Experience with container as a service platforms (CaaS) like Kubernetes and Red Hat Openshift . You should have experience running web applications running in containers.
Experience with single sign on approaches and protocols such as OIDC and SAML. You should be able to integrate the web application to different IDP’s following industry standards for SSO Experience with SQL and NOSQL database queries. You should be able to integrate a web application to standard SQL (mysql, etc.) or NOSQL (redis, mongodb, Cassandra, etc.) databases Knowledge of Voice & Chat Virtual Agents, IVR, or telephony systems.
Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, or other enterprise platforms Exposure to Generative AI, NLP/NLU, or vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate) Contributions to internal design systems or reusable component libraries.
