About the Role
Experience: 6+years
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in UI customization, workflow automation, and integration capabilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and implementing solutions using UI Pages, UI Macros, REST Messages, UI Builder, Flow Designer, Workflow, Catalog Items, Record Producers, Events, and Asynchronous Processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and customize UI Pages and UI Macros to enhance user experience.
Design and implement REST Messages for seamless integrations with third-party applications.
Utilize UI Builder (preferred) to create dynamic and responsive interfaces.
Configure and automate workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow.
Develop and manage Catalog Items and Record Producers to streamline service requests.
Implement Events and Asynchronous Processes to optimize system performance.
Ensure best practices in ServiceNow development, including security, scalability, and maintainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its core functionalities.
Proficiency in UI Pages and UI Macros for interface customization.
Experience with REST Messages for API integrations.
Familiarity with UI Builder (preferred) for modern UI development.
Expertise in Flow Designer and Workflow for automation.
Hands-on experience with Catalog Items and Record Producers.
Understanding of Events and Asynchronous Processes for system optimization.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
