Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with 4-5 years of hands-on experience in
building scalable web applications using React.js for the frontend and Java (Spring Boot) for the
backend. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with strong problem-solving skills
and a passion for building high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and maintain robust web applications using React.js, Redux, Java, and
Spring Boot.
● Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
● Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
● Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.
● Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
● Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
● Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
● Work closely with product managers and team members to deliver high-quality software
on time.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
● 4-5 years of professional experience in software development with
Expertise in:
○ Frontend: React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
○ Backend: Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs
● Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
● Experience with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
● Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
● Good knowledge of unit testing frameworks (Jest, JUnit).
● Experience in agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
● Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
● Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and deployment.
● Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
● Familiarity with GraphQL or other API design frameworks.
● Understanding of security best practices in web application development.
