We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Developer (React) with strong leadership abilities to join our growing team. As a React Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and responsive web applications while mentoring and guiding junior developers.
Key Responsibilities
Build dynamic and responsive web applications using React.js.
Integrate frontend components with APIs and backend services.
Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to create seamless user experiences.
Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
Design and maintain architecture and reusable components for scalability.
Write clean, testable, and efficient code.
Revise, update, refactor, and debug code as necessary.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization.
Deploy applications and support DevOps integration.
Primary Skills
Strong expertise in React.js and modern frontend development.
Proficient in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related frontend technologies.
Solid understanding of component-based architecture and state management (e.g., Redux, Context API).
Experience integrating APIs and working with backend services.
Secondary Skills
Exposure to Azure cloud services.
Basic knowledge or experience in Azure DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
