Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Java Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and hands-on expertise with Apache Kafka. Exposure to Cloud platforms, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP), is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Java-based applications.
Build and maintain microservices using Spring Boot.
Implement event-driven architecture using Apache Kafka.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Deploy and manage services on GCP or other cloud environments.
Troubleshoot and debug production issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills:
Proficient in Java (8+) with strong object-oriented programming skills.
Experience in building microservices-based architectures.
Solid understanding of Spring Boot and related technologies.
Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for messaging/event streaming.
Good knowledge of RESTful API design and integration.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git).
